Rob Betzel: Robert Betzel’s experience in the Information Technology field has always focused on the client experience. As CEO of Infinity Network Solutions, Rob serves staff and clients by focusing on how to maximize today’s technology and be ready for tomorrow’s. Infinity Network Solutions is one of the largest I.T. services firms in Middle Georgia. As an active member of the local community, Rob serves as an adviser to the schools of Informational Technology at Georgia College & State University, Macon State College and Central Georgia Technical College. Doug Smith: Doug Smith is the former business owner of Computer Troubleshooters NRD, a managed services firm headquartered in Covington, GA, that was acquired by Infinity Network Solutions in April 2016. Doug brings years of technology and business experience to his role as Senior Consultant with Infinity. He holds a wide-range of certifications in the technology industry from Microsoft, Novel, CompTIA and brings over 15 years experience as a systems engineer for many large organizations. Doug has been featured in several magazines including Business Solutions Magazine and PC World Magazine. He has lived in Covington since 1994 and enjoys spending time with his wife, Andrea, and daughters, Elaina and Olivia. He and his family are active members of Eastridge Community Church.

Mick Williams: Michael “Mick” Williams attended the University of Alabama and is currently working on an in-depth degree from Western Governors University in Information Security. He has worked in the banking and financial industries as a CISO and ITO for over 20 years and has a combined 30+ years of professional I.T.experience. He holds many industry-recognized certifications including CISSP, A+, Network+, Project+, CIW web specialist, GSNA, and GSEC. Mick is a proficient scuba diver and holds a private pilots certificate.
