Part of what makes Infinity Network Solutions successful is our team. Every team member is committed to the success of our company and our clients. As a way of saying thank you to those employees who personify Infinity Network Solutions’ mission and values, we created the Employee of the Quarter award in 2005.
We are pleased to announce Ronrico Slack, Senior Engineer, is the winner of the Employee of the Quarter title for the first quarter of 2017. This is Ronrico’s second Employee of the Quarter award.
“Ronrico (aka Batman aka Ronnie aka Mr. Rico) is a model team member in many respects. He is upbeat and full of energy in a contagious sort of way – think Tigger as opposed to Eeyore. Ronrico prides himself on his deep technical knowledge and uses those skills to serve our SMB and Enterprise clients. While many network engineers would use their technical depth to carve out a niche for themselves, Ronrico is eager to share his knowledge with others. He can often be seen drawing out network diagrams and explaining concepts to other teammates. Additionally, he is eager to find new ways to grow professionally by taking on tasks without being asked and stepping up to new opportunities based on company and client needs. Ronrico is truly deserving of the Employee of the Quarter recognition.” – Charlie Waters, Vice President of Service.
Each quarter, employees recommend to their management teams fellow employees whom they think should be nominated for Employee of the Quarter. The management teams consider how well the recommended employees uphold our mission, vision and values, and submit the names of those who scored highest in all three areas for consideration by executive management.
Since 2007, we have also recognized an employee of the year from among the four Employee of the Quarter winners, a practice that serves as a constant reminder to everyone that we truly appreciate our fellow employees’ commitment to the success of our team.
Please join us in celebrating Ronrico and his Q1 achievement. We look forward to doing this again next quarter.
