SECURE HEALTH PLANS - Infinity Network Solutions


Secure Health Plans of Georgia, founded in 1992, with approximately 60 staff in Macon, faced a challenge when the internal Network Administrator resigned. Infinity Network Solutions was called and stepped in, presenting a fully-managed IT support solution. 

Facing the upcoming departure of the in-house Network Administrator, Secure Health Plans of Georgia’s CEO Rob Morton made a phone call to Infinity Network Solutions CEO Rob Betzel for guidance and help determining if outsourcing IT support needs made sense.

Infinity Network Solutions met with Mr. Morton to completely understand how his staff utilizes IT in its day-to-day work and what role their Network Administrator played in supporting the organization. Infinity Network Solutions recommended the I-SUPPORT program as the perfect alternative to having a full-time IT person on staff.

Infinity Network Solutions conducted a Technology Assessment, which provided information on “where a client is” versus “where a client wants to go.”  The assessment also provided information on the technology in place that would be supported by Infinity Network Solutions.

Infinity’s Technology Assessment also identifies if all Best Practices are observed and followed. The team ensured any problematic equipment or services were identified and discussed during the review. This process ensures that all clients are fully aware of their current IT conditions.

With Secure Health Plans, after the final review of the findings from the Technology Assessment, Infinity Network Solutions presented a customized partnership agreement to support Secure Health Plans under fixed-fee managed IT services (I-SUPPORT).

Having the agreement in place prior to the departure of Secure Health Plans’ Network Administrator ensured that a smooth transition took place.
