Robert Betzel founded Infinity Network Solutions in 2000. Upon graduation from college in 2001, Brian joined the Infinity team and later became a company partner in 2009. Today, Infinity Network Solutions is a thriving IT services company that offers support to businesses in various industries throughout the state of Georgia.

ROBERT C. BETZEL
Robert Betzel’s experience in the Information Technology field has always focused on the client experience. As President and CEO of Infinity Network Solutions, Inc., Rob serves his employees and clients by focusing on how to maximize today’s technology and be ready for tomorrow’s. Infinity Network Solutions is one of the largest IT services firms in Middle Georgia. Their focus on providing fixed-fee IT services and IT infrastructure as an operating expense makes them unique in their market. As an active member of the local community, Rob serves as an advisor to the schools of Informational Technology at Georgia College, Macon State College and Central Georgia Technical College. Rob regularly speaks to groups on current and emerging IT trends including Disaster Recovery Planning, Clouding Computing, Outsourced IT, Hardware, Software, and Infrastructure-as-a-Service. Rob also co-authored the book The Company Culture Challenge, and he uses his experiences leading a successful company that focuses on culture to provide insight and guidance to people and organizations who seek to improve their organizations.
Brian Betzel has worked in the Information Technology industry since 1999 and joined the team at Infinity Network Solutions in August 2001. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Brian lives in Athens with his wife, Hannah, and sons, Bruno & Finn. You can find him and his family at UGA football games on Saturdays in the Fall.
As VP of Operations for Infinity Network Solutions, Amy Anderson manages Finance and Human Resources for the organization. She joined the Infinity team in October 2008. Amy holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Pensacola State College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Middle Georgia State College. In her spare time, Amy enjoys traveling with her family and has a passion for projects around her home and yard.

Since the 1990′s, Charlie Waters’ IT experience has aided in his ability to solve complex business challenges. His background spans work in multiple disciplines including software development, infrastructure design, consulting, and management. Cutting his teeth on a Commodore-64 at the age of twelve, Charlie is a lifelong learner with formal training through Macon State College and the University of Phoenix. While serving as Director of IT for Peach County Schools and James-Bates-Brannan-Groover, LLP, his business acumen was honed in the public and private sectors. As Senior Consultant, Charlie provides technical and business process guidance to Sales and Service while filling the role of vCIO for Infinity’s clients. He resides in Perry with his wife, Kim, and children, Chas and Colby. In addition to being a technology enthusiast, Charlie is a member at Houston Lake Presbyterian Church and enjoys camping, cycling, kayaking, firearms training, and gunsmithing.
Cal Till has worked in business to business sales since 1995 and joined the team at Infinity in 2007. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Mercer University’s School of Engineering. He is an alumni of Leadership Macon and an active member of Rotary. Cal grew up in Forsyth and now lives in Macon.

Ronrico Slack joined the team at Infinity in May 2013 as an Engineer in the Service Delivery department. Initially baptized in the fire of electrical engineering from his homeland of Jamaica, Ronrico eventually decided to delve deeper into Information Technology. His foray into the world of IT began in mid-2009 when he acquired his CCNA and fell in love with Cisco. Ronrico is a graduate from Georgia College & State University, walking out proudly with his graduate degree in Management Information Systems. In his down time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, heading to the movies, playing pool, and even just sitting at home watching Formula 1.

John Atkins was born in Perry, Georgia, and grew up in the Macon County area. He is a graduate of South Georgia Technical College with a degree in Computer Information Systems as a Network Specialist. In 2003, John began his career in the Information Technology field as a Certified Help Desk Professional and progressed to the role of Certified Help Desk Manager. He joined the team at Infinity in October 2014 as part of the acquisition of CompuNet, Inc. In his spare time, John enjoys fishing and spending time with his son. He is a racing fanatic engrossed into most all forms of high level motorsports.

Doug Smith is the former business owner of Computer Troubleshooters NRD, a managed services firm from Covington, GA, that merged with Infinity Network Solutions in April of 2016. Doug brings years of IT and business experience to his role as senior consultant and vCIO with Infinity. He holds a multitude of Technical certifications in the IT industry from Microsoft, Novel, CompTIA and others including being a systems engineer for more than 15 years. He has been featured in several magazines including Business solutions Magazine and PC World Magazine. He has lived in Covington since 1994 and enjoys spending time with his wife Andrea, and daughters Elaina and Olivia. He and his family are active members of Eastridge Community Church.
James Schoepf is a graduate of the School of Information Technology at Macon State College. He grew up in the local area and enjoys the small-town lifestyle. James is a proud, certified, volunteer firefighter with the Peach County Fire Department and loves to help people any way that he can. He has always loved technology and computers and knew from a young age it would be his career. James works on the Help Desk at Infinity. In his spare time he enjoys playing games with friends, hunting, fishing, and working on cars as well as the occasional night at the racetrack.

Nick O’Neal joined the team at Infinity in June 2012. A native of Middle Georgia, he is presently an MIS major at Middle Georgia State College in Macon. Nick’s primary responsibilities include providing technical support to our managed service clients through Infinity’s technical assistance center. When not working, Nick enjoys spending time with friends, playing soccer, and watching football.

Jeff Presley joined the team at Infinity Network Solutions in 2012. His career in Information Technology began in 1995 while working as a network administrator for Weyerhaeuser. Jeff is a graduate of Griffin High School and attended Ashworth College. His time in the field of IT has included positions as Senior Administrator with EDS and IT Manager with Jordan Forest. Jeff is active in his church and supports Rock Springs Impact Street Ministries. He lives with his wife, Peggy, near Barnesville and likes camping and spending time with his five grandsons.

Martin Mazick joined the team at Infinity in October 2014 as an Engineer in the Service Delivery department. A military brat, both his mother and father were officers in the United States Air Force. Martin holds a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Valdosta State University. Upon graduation from VSU, Martin enlisted in the Air Force Reserve where he has become a client systems technician and is currently assigned with a combat communications squadron. He loves the Boston Red Sox and Notre Dame, and enjoys soccer, video games, and outdoor activities in his time away from work.
Bryant Longshore was born and raised in LaGrange, Georgia. After a 17-year career in textile manufacturing with Milliken & Company, he and his family moved to Macon. Bryant’s career in Information Technology started 1998 and he joined the team at Infinity in October 2014 as part of the acquisition of CompuNet, Inc. Bryant is the father of two, a daughter, Sheree, and a son, Cliff, and has two grandsons, Logan and Jacob. He is a past President of the Macon Touchdown Club, serving as president during the 2012 season and continues to serve as a Director. His favorite two words are “Touchdown Alabama.”

Scott Marlowe has worked in the Information Technology industry since 1999. He joined the team at Infinity in October 2014 as part of the acquisition of CompuNet, Inc. Scott’s areas of expertise include telephony and unified communications, including both digital and IP-based systems. His career has also included experience with data cabling and fiber optics. Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys after work.

Anthony Anderson joined Infinity in May 2015. He is a combat veteran that proudly served 24 years before retiring from the United States Air Force as a Voice Network Technician. Anthony is currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology to increase his knowledge within the industry and for personal growth. Anthony is also Comptia SEC + Certified. He is married and has three children and a grandson. His hobbies include fishing, martial arts, and aquariums.
Anthony Coleman was born into a military family in Fredericksburg, Virginia but has lived in Warner Robins since 2005. He graduated from Houston County High School in 2012 and in 2014 obtained his Associate’s degree in Information Technology from Georgia Military College. He joined the Infinity team in March 2016. Anthony has one older sibling and is the uncle of two nieces, Harley and Harper. During his free time Anthony enjoys going to the gym, playing video games, and traveling.

Wendy was raised in Conyers, GA and moved to Covington in 2006. She earned an Associates degree in Information Technology from the University Of Phoenix and an Associates degree in Applied Science with the focus on electronics from DeVry University. She has worked in the industry for since 2012. Wendy has 3 awesome children, two of which are still at home. The boys keep her busy with band, football and baseball. In her free time she enjoys concerts, thrill rides, karaoke and loves to make jewelry.
Jeff Weatherford joined Infinity’s Covington Office in 2016, as part of the Managed IT Services Team. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia and numerous IT Certifications. Jeff has over 17 years of experience in the field of Information Technology, most recently as a small business owner. He currently resides in Rutledge, Georgia with his wife Heather and daughter Nayeli and son Nymh. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising and gardening.

Keenan Malone joined the Infinity team in November 2016. He was born in Johnson City, Tennessee but has been a middle Georgia resident since 1998. Keenan has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Valdosta State University and is currently pursuing a Networking Specialists Associate’s Degree from Central Georgia Technical College. When he is not working, Keenan enjoys watching most sports and playing video games.
Harvey Logan joined Infinity Network Solutions in March 2008. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force with over 20 years in the Logistics Management field. Harvey earned an Associate’s Degree in Logistics while on active duty. His duties for the company include preparing and processing all purchasing orders to suppliers, receiving and processing of all product deliveries and maintenance of our inventory database. Harvey is married to his wife, Rosa, and enjoys sporting events, theatre plays, and doing charity work. He is passionate about serving as a teen mentor at his church and strives to be a positive role model in encouraging positive growth and development to those in the community who are disadvantaged.

Jaime Betzel joined the team at Infinity in July 2013. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Georgia Military College. As Infinity’s Executive Assistant, she is responsible for day-to-day and office administrative duties. Jaime lives in Fort Valley and enjoys outdoor activities including camping and fishing.

Holly is in charge of Accounts Receivable/Payable at Infinity Network Solutions and also assists with operations in the Covington office. Holly and her husband have two children, Ayden and Ava. Together they serve as ministry leaders for Celebrate Recovery at Eastridge Community Church. Leading teens through challenges and victories is an extremely rewarding experience for them both. Outside of ministry Holly enjoys family time, taking pictures of nature and relaxing when she can.

Jessica Peters joined the team at Infinity in 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Georgia Southern University. As Sales & Marketing Administrator, she strives to make every interaction a positive experience for the client. Jessica is a graduate of the Leadership Monroe class of 2012. Jessica and her husband Dustin live in Woodstock, Georgia with their daughter Payton.

Clay Hodges is a lifelong resident of Covington, Georgia. He graduated from Georgia College and State University in 1996 with a degree in marketing. Clay originally worked in the banking industry but transitioned into sales in 2010. He is the father of three children and enjoys volunteering as a baseball and basketball coach.
Tiffany Harvey joined Infinity Network Solutions in July of 2016. Graduating from the State University of West Georgia in 2001, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Tiffany has over 15 years of business to business sales experience. She is an alumni member of both Leadership Macon and Leadership Walton. Tiffany has been involved with Bibb County Relay for Life for several years and has served as the County Lead for 2 years. As a very active participant with the Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce, she serves as an Ambassador and has been involved with the Total Resource Campaign since it’s inception. Tiffany and her husband Jeffrey reside in Macon with their son Hudson. In her free time she enjoys working out, running and spending time with her family.
