Unlike many others, they have dispelled the myth that working with family never turns out well.
Robert Betzel founded Infinity Network Solutions on January 1, 2000. Upon graduation from college in 2001, Brian joined the Infinity team and later became a company partner in 2009. In September 2019, Hargray Communications announced its acquisition of company operations. Today, we are a thriving IT services company that offers support to businesses in various industries throughout the state of Georgia.

Brian Betzel has worked in the Information Technology industry since 1999 and joined the team at Infinity Network Solutions in August 2001. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Brian lives in Athens with his wife, Hannah, and sons, Bruno & Finn. You can find him and his family at UGA football games on Saturdays in the Fall.
Since the 1990′s, Charlie Waters’ IT experience has aided in his ability to solve complex business challenges. His background spans work in multiple disciplines including software development, infrastructure design, consulting, and management. Cutting his teeth on a Commodore-64 at the age of twelve, Charlie is a lifelong learner with formal training through Macon State College and the University of Phoenix. While serving as Director of IT for Peach County Schools and James-Bates-Brannan-Groover, LLP, his business acumen was honed in the public and private sectors. As Senior Consultant, Charlie provides technical and business process guidance to Sales and Service while filling the role of vCIO for Infinity’s clients. He resides in Perry with his wife, Kim, and children, Chas and Colby. In addition to being a technology enthusiast, Charlie is a member at Houston Lake Presbyterian Church and enjoys camping, cycling, kayaking, firearms training, and gunsmithing.
Cal Till has worked in business to business sales since 1995 and joined the team at Infinity in 2007. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Mercer University’s School of Engineering. He is an alumni of Leadership Macon and is on the board of directors of Rotary Club of Downtown Macon. Cal grew up in Forsyth and lives there with his wife Julie.

Doug Smith is the former business owner of Computer Troubleshooters NRD, a managed services firm headquartered in Covington, GA, that was acquired by Infinity Network Solutions in April 2016. Doug brings years of IT and business experience to his role as senior consultant and vCIO with Infinity. He holds a multitude of Technical certifications in the IT industry from Microsoft, Novel, CompTIA and others including being a systems engineer for more than 15 years. He has been featured in several magazines including Business solutions Magazine and PC World Magazine. He has lived in Covington since 1994 and enjoys spending time with his wife Andrea, and daughters Elaina and Olivia. He and his family are active members of Eastridge Community Church.

Harvey Logan joined Infinity Network Solutions in March 2008. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force with over 20 years in the Logistics Management field. Harvey earned an Associate’s Degree in Logistics while on active duty. His duties for the company include triage of client support tickets and the relating oversight of service team members’ schedules . Harvey is married to his wife, Rosa, and enjoys sporting events, theatre plays, and doing charity work. He is passionate about serving as a teen mentor at his church and strives to be a positive role model in encouraging positive growth and development to those in the community who are disadvantaged.

Bryant Longshore was born and raised in LaGrange, Georgia. After a 17-year career in textile manufacturing with Milliken & Company, he and his family moved to Macon. Bryant’s career in Information Technology started 1998 and he joined the team at Infinity in October 2014 as part of the acquisition of CompuNet, Inc. Bryant is the father of two, a daughter, Sheree, and a son, Cliff, and has two grandsons, Logan and Jacob. He is a past President of the Macon Touchdown Club, serving as president during the 2012 season and continues to serve as a Director. His favorite two words are “Touchdown Alabama.”

John Atkins was born in Perry, Georgia, and grew up in the Macon County area. He is a graduate of South Georgia Technical College with a degree in Computer Information Systems as a Network Specialist. In 2003, John began his career in the Information Technology field as a Certified Help Desk Professional and progressed to the role of Certified Help Desk Manager. He joined the team at Infinity in October 2014 as part of the acquisition of CompuNet, Inc. In his spare time, John enjoys fishing and spending time with his son. He is a racing fanatic engrossed into most all forms of high level motorsports.

Jeff Presley joined the team at Infinity Network Solutions in 2012. His career in Information Technology began in 1995 while working as a network administrator for Weyerhaeuser. Jeff is a graduate of Griffin High School and attended Ashworth College. His time in the field of IT has included positions as Senior Administrator with EDS and IT Manager with Jordan Forest. Jeff is active in his church and supports Rock Springs Impact Street Ministries. He lives with his wife, Peggy, near Barnesville and likes camping and spending time with his five grandsons.

Scott Marlowe has worked in the Information Technology industry since 1999. He joined the team at Infinity in October 2014 as part of the acquisition of CompuNet, Inc. Scott’s areas of expertise include telephony and unified communications, including both digital and IP-based systems. His career has also included experience with data cabling and fiber optics. Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys after work.

Donald served 26 years in the military, 13 active and 13 in the Georgia National Guard, beginning as an avionics electronics technician and finally winding up as an IT specialist. He served in Iraq and earned his associate’s degree in IT networking on Halloween of 2009. He is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in IT security. Donald is married with three children, ages 8, 27 and 28. He enjoys cooking and music, and plays several instruments. Donald is also very into football and played semi-pro until 2017.

Robert Windham was an intern before being brought in full time in December 2018. He served 3 years active in the U.S. Army with a background in Logistics. After his service, he knew it was time for a career change and began working on his education. He received an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology with a focus in networking in December 2017 and will graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology with a focus in network administration December 2019. On top of classwork, he also studies to broaden his knowledge with certifications. In his free time, Robert enjoys spending time with his friends and family, listening to music, and playing video games occasionally.

Robert Reese joined the Infinity team in February 2019 following more than two decades in the small/medium business I.T. field, with experience in the manufacturing, retail, financial and medical industries. Robert earned his Bachelor’s of Science in New Media & Communications from Middle Georgia State University in 2014 and earned his Master’s of Management Information Systems from Georgia College & State University in 2017. He is looking forward to pursuing a Master’s in Information Technology with a concentration in Cybersecurity, a strength of his since the late 1990s.
Robert and his family are outdoor enthusiasts, loving camping, kayaking, geocaching and biking. Robert, a true geek, is literate in most Sci Fi and Fantasy subgenres and is a casual Magic: The Gathering player. He’s also a Maker who loves to tinker with IoT devices, 3D printers, laser cutters, and loves helping others learn STEM/STEAM. He stays involved with middle Georgia non-profits which provide STEM/STEAM to the community and is a board member of the makerspace SparkMacon.
Matt Rich joined the Infinity team in April 2019 after completion of a military career with the United States Army. He has always had a thirst for knowing how things work and often got into hot water with his mom when he was younger for bringing home small appliances and tearing them apart to figure out what broke and if it could be repaired. This curiosity led Matt to a career in computers.
Matt, his wife Charity, and their 3 children enjoy hunting, fishing and swimming in their spare time. Matt also enjoys working on vehicles, and shooting both firearms and archery, along with building and helping others to build custom computers when the time is available.
Keonte Simmons was born in Virginia, raised in Macon and joined the Infinity team in June 2019. He received a Bachelors degree from Georgia Southern University in Information Technology with a focus in information management as well as a minor in Information Systems. Keonte is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Data Science. In his free time, he loves to workout, swim, travel and expand his knowledge of all information.
Brett Ross was born in Macon, Georgia and grew up in Middle Georgia. He is currently enrolled at Central Georgia Technical College and is set to graduate in December of 2020. Upon completion of his associate degree, he will return for a bachelor’s degree. Brett has always had a strong interest in working in the Information Technology industry as well as computers in general. As a child, he would constantly take things apart to learn how they work and attempt to put them back together. This tendency has led him to develop the ability to fix almost anything he puts his mind to. When he isn’t at work, Brett enjoys many different hobbies such as spending time with his girlfriend, Taylor, as well as photography, videography, piloting drones, building custom computers, and home improvement projects, both for himself and for friends and family.
Jaime Smith joined the team at Infinity in July 2013. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Georgia Military College. As Infinity’s Human Resources Manager, she is responsible for day-to-day oversight of employee benefits and development. Jaime lives in Fort Valley and enjoys outdoor activities including camping and fishing.

Holly Rohletter is in charge of accounting, reconciliation and billing at Infinity Network Solutions and also assists with day-to-day operations in the Covington office. Holly and her husband have two children, Ayden and Ava. Holly enjoys family time, taking pictures of nature and relaxing when she can.
Sales and Marketing
Jessica Peters joined the team at Infinity in 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Georgia Southern University. As Sales & Marketing Administrator, she strives to make every interaction a positive experience for the client. Jessica is a graduate of the Leadership Monroe class of 2012. Jessica and her husband Dustin live in Woodstock, Georgia with their daughter Payton.
